Boats Available for rent with each Cottage! (Pontoon Boat Too!)

 

Whether you like to fish or just want to explore Holleford and Desert Lakes, Lazy Acres Cottages makes it easy. And in case you need more than just the boat, additional boating equipment (such as gas motors and a Pontoon Boat)

is available for rental as well.

 

Cottages

All furnished cottages are equipped with refrigerator, stove, and full bath. Some cottages have decks, and wood is provided to cottages equipped with wood stoves. Gas BBQ grills are available for rental.

 

Our Cottages are equipped for 4 persons standard, but many can accomodate more. (except cottage #4, which has a 3 person Maximum capacity.)

Linens are not provided, but are available at a nominal fee.

 

The cottages are not air conditioned, but air conditioners are available for rental if needed.

 

General Information

 

The large open common area is for the use of all guests. Please be respectful of others

 

Pets are allowed if kept on a leash and the owners clean up after them. Please do not bring your pets if they are known to constantly bark or are "mischevious"

 

Ice is available on site for $3 per bag.

 

Please do not remove any items from the cottages.
